Job Description

  • The candidate should work in construction trades and crafts, including bricklaying, stonemasonry, carpentry, joinery, demolition, electrical work, painting and decorating, plumbing, scaffolding, steeple jacking, and wall and floor work.
  • The candidate should be involved in the maintenance, repair, and maintenance of machines, mechanical equipment, and buildings.
  • The candidate must focus on repair work, restoring damaged, deteriorated, or broken items to good condition.
  • The candidate should be willing to relocate and be ready to move to a new city/different city for a job.
  • The candidate should be able to work in the custom work order, made or performed according to personal order.
  • The candidate must work in renovation to repair, update, or improve residential or commercial properties, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
  • The candidate must work in assembly to construct, assemble, or install components and products according to specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • The candidate should work in a custom cabinet shop to install kitchen and bathroom cabinets and fittings to new or renovation work and shop fittings.
  • The candidate must work in a furniture repair shop to restore, refinish, and repair furniture items.
  • The candidate must work in residential settings, performing tasks on one-, two-, and three-family dwellings.
