Vancouver Croissant Ltd. in Burnaby, BC is seeking a self-motivated Cake decorator. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. We are offering a Permanent employment - Part time leading to full time opportunity. The schedule involves Morning, Day, To be determined, , 09:00 to 17:30 shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare doughs, batters, icings, and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
• The candidate must bake mixed dough and batters.
• The candidate must prepare special orders.
• The candidate must frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.
• The candidate must ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
• The candidate must operate machinery.
• The candidate must requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade.
• The candidate must have 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must have patience.
• The candidate must show initiative.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
