MILLLAB ( North York, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Cabinetmakers foreman/woman. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Required shifts: Morning, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare production and other reports.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must supervise workers and oversee projects.
• The candidate must coordinate and schedule activities effectively.
• The candidate must train or arrange for training of staff.
• The candidate must estimate costs and materials.
• The candidate must set up equipment.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must read blueprints and drawings.
• The candidate must requisition materials and supplies.
• The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be accurate.
