Polybois inc. in Thetford Mines, QC is inviting applications for the position of Cabinetmaker. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Required shifts: Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must operate woodworking machines, such as power saws, jointers, mortisers, and shapers, to cut, shape, and form parts and components.
• The candidate must maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• The candidate must read blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
• The candidate must measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
• The candidate must interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to plan methods or sequences of operation.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be able to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
