Prémoulé Inc. in Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures, QC is inviting applications for the position of Cabinetmaker. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Work schedule: Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must operate woodworking machines, such as power saws, jointers, mortisers, and shapers, to cut, shape, and form parts and components.
• The candidate must study plans, specifications, or drawings of articles to be made.
• The candidate must sand wooden surfaces and apply veneer, stain, or polish to finished products, and prepare and apply laminated plastics.
• The candidate must maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• The candidate must repair or restyle wooden furniture, fixtures, and related products.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in the industrial area with facilities such as factories, plants, processing operations, and similar operations.
