Metro in Québec, QC is seeking a self-motivated Butcher, retail. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Shift timings include: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must clean meats to prepare them for processing or cutting.
• The candidate must prepare special cuts of meat as ordered by customers.
• The candidate must cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat.
• The candidate must wrap and package prepared meats.
• The candidate must remove bones from meat.
• The candidate must weigh meats for sale.
• The candidate must grind meats.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
