Great Asian Market P.A. Store in Prince Albert, SK is seeking a self-motivated Butcher, retail. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Required shifts: Morning, Evening, Weekend, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must clean meats to prepare them for processing or cutting.
• The candidate must cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat.
• The candidate must wrap and package prepared meats.
• The candidate must remove bones from meat.
• The candidate must weigh meats for sale.
• The candidate must cut poultry into parts.
• The candidate must price meat products.
• The candidate must sell meats to customers.
• The candidate must grind meats.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Equivalent professional experience accepted.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate must perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.
• The candidate should be required to handle heavy loads as part of routine work.
• The candidate must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
