Nipissing Game Farm Inc. is situated in Muirkirk, ON and is hiring a Butcher - retail or wholesale to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time.

Job Description

• The candidate must clean meats to prepare them for processing or cutting.
• The candidate must prepare special cuts of meat as ordered by customers.
• The candidate must cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat.
• The candidate must wrap and package prepared meats.
• The candidate must weigh meats for sale.
• The candidate must keep a record of items received and delivered.
• The candidate must keep maintenance reports and documentation.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
• The candidate must establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and meet deadlines.
• The candidate must ensure hygiene and sanitation practices conform to policies and regulations.
• The candidate must ensure safety procedures are followed.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be dependable.
