Viewin Advisory is situated in Coquitlam, BC and is hiring a Business consultant to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment.

Job Description

• The candidate must analyze and provide advice on managerial methods and organizational structures.
• The candidate must develop quality management and quality assurance standards.
• The candidate must conduct research to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs.
• The candidate must propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures.
• The candidate must plan the re-organization of operations.
• The candidate must oversee the development of communication strategies.
• The candidate must manage knowledge.
• The candidate must provide coaching.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.

Work Setting

• The candidate must be able to work in a consulting firm.
• The candidate must work in financial management or services to oversee financial operations, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulations.
