Building handyman/woman

Nature's Coin Group Ltd ( Banff, AB) is currently looking for a skilled Building handyman/woman. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Work schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, On call.

Job Description

• The candidate must make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
• The candidate must contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
• The candidate must perform minor repairs on appliances.
• The candidate must perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
• The candidate must clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade.
• Or equivalent experience.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate must show initiative.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate should be required to perform repetitive tasks frequently.
• The candidate must perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.

Work Setting

• The candidate should be able to work in an apartment/condominium, as an office building with two or more individually owned units.
• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
• The candidate should work in commercial buildings where commercial activities occur, including office buildings, retail space, warehouses, etc.
