Blissful Bridal ( Calgary, AB) is currently looking for a skilled Bridal sales consultant - retail. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. Position status: Casual employment - Part time. Work schedule: Weekend, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must accept cash, cheque, credit card, or automatic debit payments.
• The candidate must operate computerized inventory record-keeping and re-ordering systems.
• The candidate must provide advice regarding merchandise to customers.
• The candidate must advertise and/or promote products, sales, or services.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
• The candidate must assist in the display of merchandise.
• The candidate must greet customers and discuss the type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental, or lease.
• The candidate must maintain sales records for inventory control.
• The candidate must prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Site Environment

• The work environment is smoke-free.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a fashion house to design, produce, and promote fashion collections.
• The candidate must work in a specialty shop.
• The candidate must be able to work in an on-site customer service environment, such as an office or business location.
• The candidate must be able to work in a clothing store.
• The candidate should work in a retail business, purchasing goods from manufacturers or wholesalers, and selling these goods to consumers in small quantities.
• The candidate must work in a fashion boutique to assist customers, manage inventory, and support sales operations.
