Job Description
- The candidate must prepare and lay bricks, concrete blocks, structural tiles, or other masonry units.
- The candidate must construct and install prefabricated masonry units.
- The candidate must read sketches and blueprints to calculate materials required.
- The candidate must cut and trim bricks and concrete blocks to specification using hand and power tools.
- The candidate must lay bricks or other masonry units to build residential or commercial chimneys and fireplaces.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
Work Setting
- The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
