Sunset Grill in St. Catharines, ON is inviting applications for the position of Breakfast cook. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment - Part time. The schedule involves Early morning, Morning, Day, Weekend shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food items.
• The candidate must inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
• The candidate must train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
• The candidate must order supplies and equipment.
• The candidate must supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
• The candidate must maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
• The candidate must clean kitchen and work areas.
• The candidate must manage kitchen operations.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in restaurants that are generally fast-paced and require the utmost efficiency.
• The candidate must work in a fast food outlet or concession, preparing and serving food from a minimal menu, handling take-out operations, and ensuring efficient service.
