THe Gander Bread Box & Cafe in Gander, NL is seeking a self-motivated Bread baker - retail. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. The schedule involves Night shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare doughs, batters, icings, and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
• The candidate must prepare special orders.
• The candidate must draw up production schedules.
• The candidate must ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
• The candidate must oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate must be dependable.
