Job Description

  • The candidate must arrange training for staff.
  • The candidate must plan and control budget and expenditures.
  • The candidate must work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • The candidate must establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales.
  • The candidate must lead the sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
  • The candidate must organize regional and divisional sales operations.
  • The candidate must plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, retail, and other establishments.
  • The candidate must provide coaching.
  • The candidate must plan and arrange for trade shows and exhibits.
  • The candidate must assess business opportunities and develop strategies.

Job Requirements
