Job Description

The candidate must arrange training for staff.
The candidate must plan and control budget and expenditures.
The candidate must work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
The candidate must establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales.
The candidate must lead the sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
The candidate must organize regional and divisional sales operations.
The candidate must plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, retail, and other establishments.
The candidate must provide coaching.
The candidate must plan and arrange for trade shows and exhibits.
The candidate must assess business opportunities and develop strategies.

Job Requirements

The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree.
