Bookkeeper

Canada Windows and Doors is situated in Whitby, ON and is hiring a Bookkeeper to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Term or contractFull time. Required shifts: , 08:30 to 17:00.

Job Description

• The candidate must keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
• The candidate must maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
• The candidate must post journal entries.
• The candidate must prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
• The candidate must prepare trial balances of books.
• The candidate must reconcile accounts.
• The candidate must manage accounts payable.
• The candidate must manage accounts receivable.
• The candidate must assist in preparing financial reports.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
• The candidate must have 3 to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be reliable.
