ULTIMATE LOGISTICS LTD in Moose Jaw, SK is seeking a self-motivated Bookkeeper. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Required shifts: Morning, Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must calculate and prepare cheques for payroll.
• The candidate must calculate fixed assets and depreciation accurately.
• The candidate must keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
• The candidate must maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
• The candidate must prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
• The candidate must prepare trial balances of books.
• The candidate must reconcile accounts.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate should be required to perform repetitive tasks frequently.
• The candidate must be able to meet tight deadlines.
