Barista

Starbucks Chicoutimi is situated in Chicoutimi, QC and is hiring a Barista to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Required shifts: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.
• The candidate must serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
• The candidate must take customers’ orders.
• The candidate must receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade or equivalent experience.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a coffee shop that provides patrons with a place to congregate, talk, read, write, entertain one another, or pass the time, whether individually or in small groups.
