Barber shop manager

King's Barbershop is situated in Surrey, BC and is hiring a Barber shop manager to join the team. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. The schedule involves Morning, Evening, Weekend, Flexible hours shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must direct and control daily operations.
• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must plan and control budget and inventory.
• The candidate must manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
• The candidate must hire, train, and supervise staff.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be client-focused.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio, performing hair care services in a well-organized environment and maintaining tools and equipment properly to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
