Job Description
- The candidate must prepare doughs, batters, icings, and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- The candidate must bake mixed dough and batters.
- The candidate must train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- The candidate must ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
- The candidate must inspect kitchen and food service areas.
- The candidate must operate machinery.
- The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
- The candidate must oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.
