Andes Auto Conection Ltd. ( Etobicoke, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Automotive service manager. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Required shifts: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, On call, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must manage staff and assign duties to ensure smooth operations.
• The candidate must recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade or equivalent experience.
• The ideal candidate must have more than 5 years of experience in a related industry.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a motor vehicle repair shop to inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles, ensuring they are safe and fully operational.
