Countryside Fleet in Vegreville, AB is inviting applications for the position of Automobile detailing supervisor. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, On call, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must hire and train cleaning staff or arrange appropriate training programs.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
• The candidate must inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
• The candidate must prepare budgets and cost estimates.
• The candidate must recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
• The candidate must maintain financial records.
• The candidate must coordinate work activities with other departments.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.
• The candidate must complete detailed inspection documentation accurately.

• The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade.
• Relevant experience considered in lieu of education.
