Shur-Fit Auto Parts Bumper to Bumper in Lower Cove, NB is inviting applications for the position of Auto parts delivery driver. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. We are offering a Casual employment - Part time opportunity. Flexible availability required for: Morning, Day, Evening.

Job Description

• The candidate must deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand.
• The candidate must operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver items and products.
• The candidate must demonstrate professionalism in customer service.
• The candidate must receive and relay information to central dispatch.
• The candidate must keep a record of items received and delivered.
• The candidate must prepare, package, and restock goods.
• The candidate must load and unload goods efficiently.
• The candidate must sort packages for delivery.
• The candidate must follow directions and read maps.
• The candidate must use maps and other trip planning aids.
• The candidate must record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any problems.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Equivalent professional experience accepted.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
