LES CANARDISES INC in Saint-Ferréol-les-Neiges, QC is seeking a self-motivated Assistant manager - retail. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Work schedule: Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must manage staff and assign duties to ensure smooth operations.
• The candidate must implement price and credit policies.
• The candidate must develop and implement marketing strategies.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
• The ideal candidate must have more than 5 years of experience in a related industry.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.
