Subway is situated in Squamish, BC and is hiring a Assistant manager, restaurant to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Work schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must monitor staff performance.
• The candidate must recruit staff.
• The candidate must train staff to ensure proficiency in their roles.
• The candidate must determine the types of services to be offered and implement appropriate operational procedures.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• The candidate must participate in marketing plans and implementation.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
• The candidate must plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
