Modern Chinese Nice Happy Restaurant Ltd. in Lethbridge, AB is seeking a self-motivated Assistant manager, restaurant. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time.

Job Description

• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
• The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
• The candidate must maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
• The candidate must ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• The candidate must hire food service staff.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
