Job Description

The candidate must develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.
The candidate must recruit and hire staff.
The candidate must supervise staff.
The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
The candidate must conduct training sessions.
The candidate must negotiate with clients for the use of facilities.
The candidate must perform front desk duties.
The candidate must prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
The candidate must prepare marketing plans.

Job Requirements

The candidate must be fluent in English.
The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
