Assistant ethnic cook

Aux Palais Exquis ( Trois-Rivières, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Assistant ethnic cook. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment - Part time. Work schedule: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food items.
• The candidate must prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• The candidate must inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
• The candidate must clean kitchen and work areas.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Equivalent experience is acceptable.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
