Now hiring: Apartment building maintenance worker at GESTION LAMEER INC in Montréal, QC. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Shift timings include: Morning, Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
• The candidate must contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
• The candidate must perform safety and security checks.
• The candidate must perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.

Work Setting

• The candidate should be able to work in an apartment/condominium, as an office building with two or more individually owned units.
