ICON Creative Studio in Vancouver, BC is seeking a self-motivated Animated cartoon colourist. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This role offers Term or contractFull time employment. The schedule involves Day shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must adapt existing illustrations for new projects.
• The candidate must assist in developing storyboards for electronic productions such as multimedia, interactive, and digital products, and television advertising and productions.
• The candidate must produce 2-D and 3-D animated drawings or computer illustrations.
• The candidate must work in a multidisciplinary environment.
• The candidate must use existing photo and illustration banks and typography guides.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must show initiative.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
