Job Description

  • The candidate must implement new administrative procedures.
  • The candidate must review and evaluate new administrative procedures.
  • The candidate must delegate work to office support staff.
  • The candidate must establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and meet deadlines.
  • The candidate must carry out administrative activities of the establishment.
  • The candidate must coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • The candidate must assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • The candidate must assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • The candidate must perform data entry.
  • The candidate must oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • The candidate must monitor and evaluate.
  • The candidate must plan and control budget and expenditures.
  • The candidate must maintain registration systems, records and files.
  • The candidate must identify and solicit potential clients.
  • The candidate must assist with the installation, assembly, and repairs of equipment.
  • The candidate must write detailed progress reports.
