Job Description
- The candidate must arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and similar events.
- The candidate must assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures.
- The candidate must coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure organizational goals are met.
- The candidate must coordinate the flow of information within the team.
- The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- The candidate must open, sort, and distribute mail and other materials.
- The candidate must plan and control budget and expenditures.
