Job Description

• The candidate must prepare journal entries.
• The candidate must manage accounts receivable.
• The candidate must manage accounts payable.
• The candidate must open and close books for auditors.
• The candidate must prepare bank reconciliations.
• The candidate must prepare payroll.
• The candidate must invoice clients.
• The candidate must collect payments from debtors.
• The candidate must perform clerical duties, including maintaining filing and record systems.
• The candidate must perform general office duties.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must prepare financial statements and reports.
• The candidate must prepare reports.
• The candidate must manage cash.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• The candidate must have the ability to multitask.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a quick learner.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
