• The candidate must develop budgets to determine the cost sur food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen supplies, et la cleaning supplies.
• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure Efficacité et la productivity.
• The candidate must monitor revenues to determine labour costs.
• The candidate must monitor staff performance.
• The candidate must plan et la organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must recruit staff.
• The candidate must set staff work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must supervise staff.
• The candidate must enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation et la regulations.
• The candidate must organize et la maintain inventory.
• The candidate must negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food et la other supplies.
• The candidate must negotiate with clients for catering or use sur facilities.
• The candidate must participate in marketing plans et la implementation.
• The candidate must address et la resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must manage events.

Exigences de l'emploi

• The candidate must be fluent in french.
• The candidate must have a certificate sur Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Or equivalent experience.
