Sales supervisor - retail

NCG Management Ltd ( Banff, AB) is currently looking for a skilled Sales supervisor - retail. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Work schedule: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must assign duties to sales workers.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.
• The candidate must sell merchandise to customers.
• The candidate must prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.
• The candidate must be willing to work in a standing position for extended periods.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a retail business, purchasing goods from manufacturers or wholesalers, and selling these goods to consumers in small quantities.
• The candidate must work in a jewellery store to provide customer service, manage valuable inventory, and ensure secure and professional operations.
