Job Description

  • The candidate must compile data to prepare documents.
  • The candidate must establish and coordinate administrative policies and procedures.
  • The candidate must prepare reports and other documents for consideration and presentation to executive committees and boards of directors.
  • The candidate must supervise staff.
  • The candidate must train staff to ensure proficiency in their roles.
  • The candidate must analyze incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions, and reports.
  • The candidate must prepare and coordinate the production and submission of summary briefs and reports.
  • The candidate must prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
  • The candidate must conduct research.
  • The candidate will be responsible for meeting with individuals, special interest groups, and other stakeholders to discuss issues, assess concerns, and recommend appropriate courses of action based on the discussions.
  • The candidate must liaise with departmental and corporate officials and with other organizations and associations.
  • The candidate must lead and instruct groups.
