EDO JAPAN in Banff, AB is seeking a self-motivated Cook. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Required shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must determine appropriate food portion sizes and associated costs.
• The candidate must plan menus and estimate food requirements for preparation.
• The candidate must prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food items.
• The candidate must inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
• The candidate must train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
• The candidate must order supplies and equipment.
• The candidate must maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
• The candidate must clean kitchen and work areas.
• The candidate must estimate the amount and costs of supplies and food items.

• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
