Warehouseperson

Varsteel Ltd. ( Red Deer, AB) is currently looking for a skilled Warehouseperson. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. The schedule involves Overtime required, Day, Weekend, Shift shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must weigh materials and goods.
• The candidate must transport and distribute materials and goods.
• The candidate must sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products.
• The candidate must perform other labouring and elemental activities.
• The candidate must assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers.
• The candidate must organize warehouse and work areas.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• The candidate should be required to perform repetitive tasks frequently.
• The candidate should be required to handle heavy loads as part of routine work.
• The candidate must perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
