User support technician

IBENTOS INC. in Toronto, ON is seeking a self-motivated User support technician. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. The schedule involves Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must respond to users experiencing difficulties with computers and related systems.
• The candidate must consult user guides, technical manuals, and other resources to research and implement solutions.
• The candidate must provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
• The candidate must collect, organize, and maintain a problems-and-solutions log for use by technical support analysts.
• The candidate must provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
