Great Canadian Dollar Store in Badger's Quay, NL is inviting applications for the position of Sales supervisor - retail. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Job Description

• The candidate must supervise staff, including apprentices, stagehands, and design teams.
• The candidate must hire and train staff or arrange for their training as required.
• The candidate must sell merchandise to customers.
• The candidate must prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
• The candidate must manage cash.
