United Foods Inc. O/A McDonald's Restaurant is situated in Stephenville, NL and is hiring a Restaurant manager to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Work schedule: Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must analyze budgets to increase and maintain restaurant profits.
• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must monitor revenues to determine labour costs.
• The candidate must monitor staff performance.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must recruit staff.
• The candidate must set staff work schedules efficiently.

• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
