Annapoorna Take Out in Mississauga, ON is inviting applications for the position of Restaurant manager. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Work schedule: Overtime required, Early morning, Morning, Day, Weekend, To be determined.

Job Description

• The candidate must develop budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen supplies, and cleaning supplies.
• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with the restaurant budget.
• The candidate must monitor revenues to determine labour costs.
• The candidate must monitor staff performance.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must set staff work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must supervise staff.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
• The candidate must manage events.

• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
