Bella Pho & Banh Mi ( Sherbrooke, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Restaurant cook. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Required shifts: Morning, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must determine appropriate food portion sizes and associated costs.
• The candidate must requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
• The candidate must prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food items.
• The candidate must inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
• The candidate must maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
• The candidate must clean kitchen and work areas.
• The candidate must organize buffets and banquets.
• The candidate must maintain knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
