Poultry farm worker

Olszowka Limited in La Salette, ON is seeking a self-motivated Poultry farm worker. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Position status: Term or contractFull time. Flexible availability required for: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must disinfect pens, barns, or poultry houses.
• The candidate must handle animals.
• The candidate must monitor animal health.
• The candidate must perform weeding.
• The candidate must feed and tend animals.
• The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• The candidate must ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are strictly followed.
• The candidate must clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens.
• The candidate must perform general farm duties.
• The candidate must set and monitor water lines, air flow, and temperature in barns, pens, and chicken coops.
