Guildford Physiotherapy and Sports Clinic in Surrey, BC is inviting applications for the position of Physiotherapist assistant (PTA). The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must carry out treatment programs under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists to rehabilitate patients with various injuries or disabilities.
• The candidate must clean and maintain equipment.
• The candidate must maintain supplies.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade.
• Or equivalent experience.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be interpersonally aware.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in various positions, including those that require sitting, standing, and walking, as well as those that involve physical activity.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a private practice.
