Siam Authentic Thai Restaurant in Regina, SK is inviting applications for the position of Line cook. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. We are offering a Permanent employment - Part time opportunity. Work schedule: Evening, Weekend, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food items.
• The candidate must prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• The candidate must prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef.
• The candidate must inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
• The candidate must maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
• The candidate must clean kitchen and work areas.
