Two Peaks Brewing Ltd. is situated in Kitimat, BC and is hiring a Line cook to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Required shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must determine appropriate food portion sizes and associated costs.
• The candidate must prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food items.
• The candidate must prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• The candidate must inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
• The candidate must clean kitchen and work areas.

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must show initiative.
