Job Description

The candidate must carry and replace linen.
The candidate must clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
The candidate must load buspans and trays as required.
The candidate must operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
The candidate must place dishes in storage areas.
The candidate must sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
The candidate must package take-out food.
The candidate must portion and wrap foods.
The candidate must serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
The candidate must stock refrigerators and salad bars.
The candidate must use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
The candidate must receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
The candidate must remove kitchen garbage and trash.
The candidate must sharpen kitchen knives.
The candidate must wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit.

Job Requirements

The candidate must be fluent in English.
The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
