Comfort inn ( Midland, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Inn manager. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Work schedule: Night, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.
• The candidate must recruit and hire staff.
• The candidate must supervise staff.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must conduct training sessions.
• The candidate must perform front desk duties.
• The candidate must arrange for and oversee maintenance activities.
• The candidate must enforce policies and procedures.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must assist clients/guests with special needs.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.
• The candidate must manage events.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
