Pioneer On The Run ( Kingston, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Gas station manager. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Required shifts: Overtime required, Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must direct and control daily operations.
• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must manage staff and assign duties to ensure smooth operations.
• The candidate must determine which merchandise and services are to be sold.
• The candidate must develop and implement marketing strategies.
• The candidate must plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
• The candidate must determine staffing requirements.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.

• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
